Pay for Meals

This past weekend, the LaPorte Civic Auditorium was packed wall to wall as Meals on Wheels LaPorte County hosted its 6th Annual Trivia Through the Decades — and what a night it was!

Teams filled every table in the house, bringing their A-game (and their snacks) for an evening of friendly competition spanning trivia from the ’60s all the way through the 2010s. From pop culture deep cuts to sports stumpers like “Who won four Daytona 500s during the 1970s?” — the questions kept everyone on their toes all night long.

As our biggest annual fundraiser, Trivia Through the Decades is about so much more than bragging rights. Every ticket sold, every sponsorship, and every raffle prize helps us deliver hot, nutritious meals and wellness checks to homebound seniors and neighbors in need across LaPorte County. The energy and generosity in the room this year was truly something special.

Thank you to our sponsors

None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our sponsors. A huge thank you to our Gold Sponsor Town & Country Florist, as well as AFFN (American Financial), Sullivan Palatek, and all of our other generous sponsors who helped make this night a reality.

And of course, a heartfelt thank you to all of our staff and volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to pull everything together. From setting up tables to running the scoreboard to keeping the evening running smoothly — this event wouldn’t happen without you.
